I love this place! They are fast they do great work and they are very friendly. This is my first time going by myself, I am usually with my husband and he has handling this. I was worried that being a woman they would try to upsell me or be condescending, neither were true. They were just as professional and efficient with me as they always have been with my husband. We have had multiple tires fixed, a rim fixed and bought a used tire as well.

I had a highly frustrating experience at this tire shop due to terrible customer service and poor management. I arrived needing a specific tire size for a trailer rim. The owner confirmed they had it in stock, pulled it from storage, and we agreed on a price. He then took the rim from my vehicle and handed it off to an employee who was clearly new and in training. While I completely understand and respect that everyone has to learn, this employee was left entirely unsupervised. Because it was a trailer rim, he didn't know how to handle it and spent 15 minutes just staring at it, unsure of what to do. Meanwhile, the shop was busy, and customers who arrived after me were being served and leaving while I just sat there. When I politely approached the owner and asked if someone could please guide the trainee so he could finish the job, the owner's response was incredibly rude. He told me to "be patient," and said if I didn't want to wait, I should just take my rim and leave. When I tried to explain that I didn't mind the training process but just wanted someone to actually help the guy, the owner falsely accused me of trying to skip the line. At that point, I decided to take my rim and

Don't waste your time going to Wilkens ave for used tires. This place is the best. Bought 3 used tires and they balance them for 165.00 Now I can hear my music Wilkins sold me cupping tires and they were so loud I couldn't hear the radio when I left here I was very pleased . Guys are so nice and sweet. I was in and out in 20 mins. I'll be going her from now on.

My son recommended this place to me. He’s been here numerous times. It was my first time having new wheels installed. I was in and out in under an hour. Workmanship is excellent. Pricing cant be beat!! Highly recommended!!

I have been here many times over however this is my first review. After driving on the horrible roads in this town, my not so old tire caught a flat; luckily for me I could patch this one. They took me right away; hardly no wait time. The tire was plugged in less than 7 minutes and $15 plus a tip. Everyone was friendly and professional. I definitely would recommend. Thanks.
